- Slice top of the pineapple.
- Position pineapple vertically and slice the skin off by sliding your knife from the top to bottom.
- Turn the pineapple on it's side and cut the bottom of the pineapple off.
- In diagonal sections remove the eyes of pineapple using two cuts that form a v (makes it easier to remove this portion).
- Cut pineapple in half, then in 1/4 sections, then in 1/8 sections (cutting vertically to your desired size).
